I think this thread is proving that we should ignore the media stories and focus on the figures.New infections in South Korea down from yesterday's high of 79 to 58. It's just a day to day fluctuation so wouldn't look too much into it, but it's down rather than up which is important given the news on Korea yesterday. Hopefully that trend can stabalise or decline over the next week or so and put fears of an imminent second wave at bay.
The press will shout it from the roof tops if there is a sudden surge somewhere, but then the silence is deafening a couple of days later when it has stabilised/dropped again. Hopefully South Korea is just the latest example of this, the next few days we will see.
