Possible squad/starting XI next season?

Not being funny (as most of this thread is) but miles!!

Not saying you are wrong as I haven’t a clue but I think for most of us it’s impossible to really know how these younger players will develop or kick on.

It is, but seriously, there will not be 5/6 academy players in 1st team squad next season. Palmer may get more mins, not alot, one max 2 others may get as many as Palmer has this season.....anything else, and your heading towards cookoo land.

Not you personally......those thinking it will be anything other than minutely different to now.

Yes I agree, in fact I think those expecting the first team to be ever made up of 5/6 academy players are dreaming. at best maybe 4 or 5 in and around the squad getting game time in a couple of years. I wouldn't like to put names on which ones, obviously Palmer , Mcatee spring to mind, I have doubts on Delap but we'll see.

Yeah, I predominantly see him as KDB's successor but he could rotate with Rodri too when needed.

I do like the look of that team, but I think we need to factor in certainly Palmer and probably McAtee. That's why I think Jesus may be on his way along with Sterling this summer.
