Thanks for the response. I am 31. I really don’t want any kind of relationship with her. Not because she is 54 but because I don’t see her that way. I have gone out with her twice because she is my colleague but I really don’t know if she is looking for something more. I don’t want to be rude to her by saying no all the time.

Although I can’t say for certain that she is hitting on me. But if she is I need to be clear with her. I mean who asks to sit by her side. It felt weird to me. Maybe it’s the culture here in America and I don’t know about it.
