good performance not the best but when the other team put 10 players behind the ball it's hard to break them.... palace win at chelsea make this a perfect weekend Go Cityyyy
 
First 45 a bit rubbish. Very tepid and nothing-y. Same shit we've seen a hundred times over when we play teams with a ten man defence who play with one plan - not to conceed and grab 1 point.

Second half much better after Sterling scored, but reckon we should have easily scored a couple more against a team like that.

But hey, we got 3 points and The Chavs and Bin Dippers both got beat at home. Not a bad day all round. A nice loss for the rags tomorrow and it's a perfect weekend.

Sagna was faultless again. Kompany did everything perfect and I always have a little smile when that offside trap works, it's fantastic to see the organisation.
Fernandinho was playing like his life depended on it. Damn you, international break!
 
Are we sure that's even Sagna at RB? Completely different player since chopping the hair off
 
Game changed when Nasri came on, looked a man with something to prove and boy did he play good...
 
What a day. I started it with no internet and missed all the fun on the prince harry thread. Internet came back 2 minutes before kick off but was on and off all the way through the first half. It started working just in time for the second, Sterling's first goal, a 2-0 win, Chelsea lose and Liverpool get hammered. Fantastic.
 
solid , only gave them one sniff which sagna blocked (he was excellent), thought sterling was Mofm , clever runs dragging their defence all over the place and a good 1st goal , cant wait till sergio and yaya get their shooting boots on .Mourners slaughtered at home by mighty hammers , mourinho already thinking about his excuses for the presser , just need the rags to get turned over tomorrow and a perfect weeekend.
