print screen it
go to paint paste it there ..save it
go back to google - put in <a class="postlink" href="http://pixenate.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://pixenate.com/</a>
cut the picture ( to post on here has to be 800x800 i think)
go to google - put in <a class="postlink" href="http://imageshack.us/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://imageshack.us/</a>
upload it
then put it on here.

You can use the paint program as above, or this free program lets you capture all your screen or just part of it..

Damocles has put a cool feature on now, if it's bigger than 800px wide, use [bigimg] [/bigimg] tages and the forum automatically resizes it.
