Anyone claimed PPI back?? Loads at work have done it and think Im gonna give it a go for 2 x credit cards, 1 x loan and 1 x car finance.

If you done it did you use claim management company?

A lot of people don't realise they can claim. I think if you have take a loan from 2004 you are eligible.

You can claim it easily yourself, you don't need a management company, they just charge you.

The Halifax actually got in touch with me to say that I had a credit card with them 3 years ago that had PPI on it and do I remember asking for PPI. I said I hadn't asked for it so they sent me a cheque for 240 quid. Just ring or email the places you got your loans/credit cards from and I believe they are legally bound to give over the information and the money taken.

This I followed their advice and got £3k back from Barclays

If you had a loan and didn't know whether you had PPI you must have been illiterate. It was always in the small print.

Yes deffo claim it back, I work for a claims management for PPI company but do it yourself its pretty easy and theres no fee to pay then.
