Hello anyone clued up with PPI and business offer me some advice?

I used a Claim Firm to get my PPi back and have won 3 cases the last case has just been paid, I now owe the said company the commission but I've learnt since that they have gone into administration ?

So where do i stand ?

Out of interest, why did you use a claim company when 1 simple form filled in by yourself would have done the trick?

There we have the answer. tell the administrators you gave the commission to red 2 hats.
(Note that I didn't actually advise you to do so, my invoice will be in the post for 2 pints of good quality cider).

Not sure if this would work but does the data protection agreement you undoubtably signed prohibit them sharing your contact details/personal information with 3rd parties? If so, when they ring, tell them to fuck off.
