Has anyone else noticed how little we seem to do these days? I'm guessing we do most of the cardio work in the gym before coming out for the actual 'warm up' but compared to the opposing teams we seem to do very little ball work compared to previous seasons. The chump doing the work with the keepers is a complete waste of space he spends most of his time apologising for crap crosses or shanked shots! Yesterday none of the subs came out pre game. Only Nacho came out and did some shuttles, and wasn't even on the bench! All seems to be getting a bit lax which may explain some of the dross we have been seeing on the pitch in recent months. Sorry rant over...

agreed, i have noticed that the players are coming out later and later. may be that they do a pre-warm up inside but what about at away games ?

I think they have to limit the amount of work during the wet weather due to the slippy surface and the obvious risk of falling over and getting a bang on the head (like what happened to Wilf just after he'd signed). They used the same paint for the concourses apparently.

Yeah, the goalkeeping coach is literally the shittest excuse for a coach I've ever seen. He can't even kick the ball. The keepers warm up more when they have a kick about with the mascots.
