Pregnancy Jabs in the Arm

Supposed to last 3 years, apparently. Any females on here had one of these or can tell me a little about them? Is there more or less chance of getting pregnant after a jab? Will it make the jabbed female any more insane or anything like that?

The 3 year one isn't just a jab. There is an implant in the arm. Feels like an inch long piece of wire.

My Ex missus had that jab in the arm, does last 3 years. Never had a scare and never used any other contraception.

She did however have quite a few irregular periods, but she was a fecking psycho. Dont think the contraception was to blame for the latter however.

I've had the implant for over two years now. It lasts for three years, had no problems with it.

No, YOU were probably to blame! ;@)

The contraceptive injection (Depo) can make you have MAJOR mood swings, periods can be all over the place (no jokes please!) and can cause weight gain.

I wasn't aware of one that lasts 3 years - ususally it's 3 months.
