Agree that something needs to be done and HD streaming is the way forward, if the FA had any sense they would look at teaming up with one of the terrestrial tv channels and offer this service. It would sell like hot cakes. The FA would make vast sums that could be pumped into grass roots football up and down the country

We're so out of touch in this country. Still stuck with Gillette soccer Saturday when you can have something like a goals programme which they show all they key moments in 3pm kick offs as they happen. Just like NFL on sky sports.

The arguement has always been that it will destroy lower league football; however I'd like to see some actual research to back these claims up

Lower league team supporters don't seem to care much about premier league football. It could lower attendances but not enough to have an impact.

I used to share a cabin at work with a few Grimsby fans and they can't stand the prem, I think that view is shared across most clubs.

Huh fair enough, I can sort of understand really with the whole commercial aspect of the premier league
