I bet Liverpool/Arse/Rags voted against it. Now Klipperty has kicked off they've asked for a revote. With Liverpool seemingly having more bargaining power on the PL table.Has it ever been reported on what the original vote result was and who voted against it? Makes sense to keep it this season...

Three plus two Under 21's would be the best way to go, allows more subs whilst needed whilst 'protecting' the smaller teams who can't afford a squad with great depth with the added bonus of promoting youth (potentially).
