Premier League clubs vote against 5 subs per match in 20/21

That would benefit us a lot. We have the best squad depth in the league by some distance
We probably have the best players but we have the smallest squad registered
We only have 21 players registered.
Obviously the likes of Foden and Garcia are not included in the 21.

re. this five subs rule one idea that I think could work would be for three normal subs plus two of younger players with less than say 20 appearances for the first team to be allowed. This would allow established first teamers to get subbed when tired plus make younger players more important to the first team - anyone think this could work?

Clubs have voted against it again, for the third time. They are now allowed to name 9 subs though:

City not happy with the decision, although Guardiola's not really been making the use of the three subs at his disposal that much recently.
