It would have been more time than given just based on averages from last season, but I agree, they will have wanted that match to end to give enough time for proper build up for the marquee match today.

I will have to time a few matches next weekend to see how different added time (which is supposed to be all stoppages timed by the official) is to the actual total stoppage, as well as the variance depending on if it is an early or late match.
