Very strange that he’d flag when it’s so close.

He didn’t until the ref had blown. The ref was about to give a penalty when the assistant told him that he thought it was offside and put his flag up.

Then VAR checked it. Hopefully we get to see the lines at some point, but it did look just off.

Where's the semi-automated offsides? Truly ridiculous to trust the incompetent refs, the tech is very clearly there, fucking use it!

I believe the system the PL is using doesn't have the option to implement it yet, heard it on a podcast this week.

Can't agree. They were both yellow cards. You play to the whistle, even if the bloke with the whistle is wrong.

Ref had been proper shite in favour of the Dippers so justice done on my eyes. I'd be annoyed if one of our players were sent off in that situation.
