Not sure how you can say that about Chelsea and to a lesser extent Liverpool.

I think Liverpool will be a threat this year, they've got so much fire power.

As for Chelsea, they've got so many good players now, that Poch has just got to find the right formula. I'll be amazed if they don't finish top 4 this season.
