For me, it’s a foul. But I think because he theatrically makes a meal out of it and falls like a leaping Salmon in a way that he wouldn’t had he taken the full brunt of the contact, he’s not been given any benefit of the doubt by the referee.

It's a blatant foul, but it's also blatantly not enough to overturn a goal based on how the first 89 premier league games this season have been officiated.
