Why is it so easy for Arsenal against these teams. Are they choosing to not pack the bus?

We played them early on, when they still had hopes & belief. Always much easier when they’re cut adrift and without a prayer of staying up.

Vinny showed incredible naivity in the summer letting so many go and bringing so many in. It ruined the harmony of a club that did incredibly well last year.

He also should have known from his playing days that the jump from the Championship to the PL is becoming huge. Playing the suicidal style of football with the talent he has at his disposal was another sign of naive management.

A big one for me was paying so much and relying on a rookie goalkeeper top be your number one in the PL. Trafford like other GK's before him should have spent a year or two as an apprentice to a more senior player playing cup games and the occasional league match. Not just dropped in to a promoted team as first choice.

How are teams coming up from the championship ever going to compete with the ffp rules , they are basically making the promoted teams fans so depressed at watching them getting smashed every week that they don’t want promotion hence a closed shop league with no relegation just what the yanks want!

Totally agree. They did make some progress due to the huge TV money but it appears to be swinging back again.

Teams definitely park the bus against us but we have gotten better at breaking them down.

They got their tummies tickled at home by Newcastle which got their other manager the sack. If they do come straight back up I hope we really smash them.

Liverpool have that point advantage and two over yourselves. Unless they drop.points somewhere they're winning it.

I mean you still have to play them. They also still have utd and spurs who can probably get a draw against them.
