manchester city settled out of court when liverpool was found guilty of tapping into our internet base and scouting records ?? and again this is in public domain and true but the media just washed over it ?? that is the power we are talking about with united and liverpool in the media
but why on earth did manchester city settle out of court and not take liverpool to the cleaners ?? i think the punishment would have been big if the premier league had to get involved even relegation could have been hand out when breaking rules like hacking into somebody else's accounts. liverpool must be pissing themselves with laughing at city letting them off lightly
I’ve no idea on that to be honest. But clubs rarely take legal action against each other, only in desperate times. They all get on well together for the most part, it’s in everyone’s interests to do so. Makes for good business and the wheels to keep turning. The fact is that all top football clubs are ****s and run by even bigger ones. They’d happily send their own fans down the river rather than piss one of their mates off, even if they’re rivals.
