Out of curiosity, does anyone know: we got our stadium following the Commenwealth games right and the West Ham one is from the Olympics yes, so how come they have still got that gap (running track) whereas we don't?

We dug down and the first tier is where the running track would be

We got rid of that lost space by excavating downwards to add what is now level 1.

A bit of an English thing that isn't it? It doesn't seem to bother Napoli, Bayern also played in a stadium with a running track and I'm sure there are more examples - not saying I'd like it, but a lot seems to be made of it over here and not sure if they are bothered that much abroad

The last few mins of West Ham is some of the worst defending in the history of the Premier League. If we were playing them today, we would have scored ten in the last ten mins.

I recon they had a spliff each off camera.
