Refs have gone to be more consistent when players who have been booked should get a 2nd yellow
Some stick to the law and issue 2nd card some give a warning
Pereyra should have got 2nd yellow but let off and now subbed

The West Ham full back got very lucky not getting a 2nd yellow against us
