Do you know how many data points this system is using to make the model? For the CL, it was 29 for each player iirc ..... And how on God's green earth can they interpolate acceleration or the timing of movements between frames? I would like to know more, but now probably isn't the time.....

I wish I had the details mate, but as usual with this kind of thing it's all smoke and mirrors - proprietary tech interests not wanting to lose whatever secret sauce they have (if any).

I wouldn't be surprised if we found out they had massively over-promised and under-delivered. I have seen some impressive uses of AI in the last 12 months, but this is a particularly challenging problem. As you say, there are a lot of moving parts, and a lot that can go wrong.
