What are the rules for 5th place if teams from same country win CL or EL these days? I want Rags 6th. Though they'll probably come 5th on the end.

The europa league winner is given a place in the champions league without taking one away from the league. However If someone outside of the top 4 wins the champions league they take the 4th spot
