Premier League games 27/28/29/30 November

... which would cost literally zero. There was plenty of time before the closing of the transfer window, the circumstances of the season to follow were already well known, Sergio was facing a serious injury, the guy's experience and scoring ability are proven.

No idea why this option or a similar, relatively cheap one, even of a short term basis nature as you say, was never considered. Sometimes you get the feeling City are leveling competition with choices they make. Otherwise I would be tempted to talk about self destruction...
I guess we weren’t willing to pay £200k a week for a back up striker, which is understandable.

I would suggest this is the cvnts derby although Spurs are and always will much more entitled shits without Chelsea's trophies. Just out of interest does anyone give a monkey's as to the result?

Brilliant finish by Werner just offside!
L***s vs Liverpool, shirley? With the quiet neighbours on standby, in case one of the teams has to cry off due to Covid.

I was hoping for a decent game of football from these two teams but so far it’s been pretty dull.

Tottenham have set up quite similarly to how they did against us. Kane is almost playing midfield with only Son up front. So it looks their aim is to stifle Chelsea’s attack and hit them on t counter.

I couldnt watch this every week. It’s so boring
Spurs fans will soon get fed up of this shit when a few results go against them

If it results in a genuine title challenge I doubt they'll care. They look solid, they have that something about them. I'll be pretty pissed off if Spurs win the league. Never liked them.

As annoying as it is when they win, especially in those circumstances, you've got to look at the bigger picture.

It gives their fans false hope that they're back only to be constantly dissapointed and it keeps Solskjaer in the job for a bit longer instead of an elite coach who might actually have them challenging.
That’s true. Silver lining and all that. They just to be getting points often enough to keep him in the job, but no more.
