Like Var it depends on who is playing. Last season Chelsea had a goal ruled out v Dippers for an offside about 20 seconds and a different passage of play before the goal. Same season VVD almost caught the ball before booting it upfield into the area and they scored, about 6 seconds between the clear handball and the goal and it stood as "too far back in the play" to disallow
