That's not the rule (law) either. In this situation, it first deflected off his feet, so they won't call a pen for that

No. My understanding is that the arm has to be in an unnatural position. If the ball is blasted from point blank range, and the defender has his arm across his chest, that won't be given. But if his arm is outstretched, at 90° to his torso, that probably will be given. This is off the FA website...

Players come and go but can’t bring myself to see our 2 former players, especially Zin playing for Arsenal (with their fans sense of self entitlement).
