Well we are going to end up paying over the odds for anybody we manage to sign in this transfer window cos we've not got any bargaining power at all - last Saturday's display showed the footballing world how desperate we are to sign players better than we've got at present and every club will be holding out to the bitter end to squeeze as much cash as possible out of us.
