Someone said Couto and Rosa don't have work permits, and usually in friendlies you can't play without one. Dunno if that's true in this instance though! Can anyone clarify?

As far as I remember Douglas Luiz played for us in America but cudnt get a work permit for us

That could be because its in America? UK laws will be different I presume.
