Prime Aguero or present Haaland

Aguero will always be my all time favourite City player for THAT goal. Nothing Haaland can do will ever top that moment, it was just one of those moments that is a real once-in-a-lifetime moment.

If I ignore that for a moment, I think we are still trying to figure out how to use Haaland. In my view, he's got everything to become one of the best strikers ever in terms of goalscoring but I think Aguero's overall game was better. However, in a few years I suspect Haaland will just be unplayable.

Which era is prime Aguero?! Not that his standard varied much during his time; but his style did vary, most potently under Pep...

Aguero is probably my answer in any case, maybe due to nostalgia alone

As a paranoid Blue can I say that the OP is obviously a sleeper Real Madrid shill whose 6000+ posts have been a cunning ruse just to start this thread with the purpose of upsetting Erling at the lack of love he gets compared to Kun resulting in the big Viking demanding a move to Franco's team. The bonus of pissing off Catalonian separatist Pep is another component of his sinister plan.
 
Alot of Aguero games I treasure but the one v. Liverpool toward the end of his run where he seemed out of the play- offsides, almost seemed disinterested- then gets back into the flow pops up in front of goal and hits an off angle shot - made me howl. Amazing.

Haaland can make plays- Aguero could make games.
