Under UK law, prisoners have no right to start families while they're in chokey.
The European Court of Human Rights say this is unfair and they should be offered IVF.
FFS, you're in jail you slaaaags. You're not working, providing and I dare say you won't
be available for bedtime stories or school runs either.
Now, I'm not one of those little Englanders who want to keep ours bananas curved,
but this is just daft. It'll keep Jeremy Kyle in work for another 20 years though.
