Problems? with the Ticket site

Logged in to the ticket site, on the find your ticket history section. At the top it says TESTING CP - pay ref - not applicable - status reserve. Anyone else got this, or know what it means?

Saw a news article on the official website recently about the ticket website being down for maintenance at some point. Maybe it's today.
