Programme vouchers?

I rarely buy them but I had to pick up a match day programme for a mate before Watford and the guy in the booth needed a voucher from me first. I ended up getting one inside the ground but is this the norm for the booths outside? I'm charged with getting one for West Ham too.

I have the Premium SC (93:20),and got the vouchers in the box they sent me,1 for every game and about 4 spares,queued up to get in turnstile J for the first game and there is a sign on the turnstile telling you to "collect your programme outside"......WTF use is that when you've waited to get in?
Didn't say fuck all inside the pack about getting them outside...you'd think 93:20 would have their own programme kiosk inside,or if they have I ain't seen it.

I'm 116 and entrance P. I guess it was the nearest booth to there. I'll be ok getting on inside whenever I have to but it just seemed odd to have vouchers only.

I fell for it against Chelsea with 93:20, got inside and couldn't get a bloody programme!
