that would be a proper democratic outcome would it? I'd remind you the authorities are quite proud of the fact that they have never used baton rounds in mainland UK, the only gas authorised for Police use is the small personal pepper spray they carry and the then Home Sec Mayday banned Boris' use of water cannon. So for someone so keen to see democracy prevail over Brexit your application in other areas does seem to be a little looser.

People only like democracy when it suits their point of view.

Stinking swampy twats. They should put out a tannoy announcement that informs them that they have 10 mins to disappear otherwise they’ll get tear gassed, water cannoned and rubber bulleted. Anyone left after that time is fair game and they will be deemed to have forfeited all their rights. And as for the knob heads who superglue themselves to trains, I’d just wave goodbye to them as the train left the station rather than cancelling the train and ruining everyone’s bank holiday weekend.

The Government’s Army using the opposition’s domestic political leader as a target for deadly force vs public effigies, a la Guy Fawkes, is, in no way, shape, or form a moral equivalence.
If you can’t see that, you might want to step back and do a little self examination.

Whilst I agree that the right to peaceful protest should be protected by the law, I can't help thinking a lot of these Extinction Rebellion lot are over privileged yoghurt knitting tw*ts with too much spare time on their hands and f*ck all else to moan about apart from the length of the queue in Waitrose.

It seems to me that this country is doing a fair bit to fight climate change. These silly buggers should be protesting in China India or the US amongst other places. Instead they cause a load of nuisance for people just trying to have a normal day. This is before you consider the huge amount of coppers it seems to take to nick the silly sods.

Emily Davison was a nuisance ruined a perfectly good day of horse racing.
India and China treat their own protestors like shit imagine what they would do our lot. Much prefer a peaceful disruptive protest compared to some of the shit we have had down the years like the student fee one.
