Well the days finally come hes been asked into Platt Lane tomorrrow morning 930. Probably the best fathers day present Ill ever receive. Will keep you posted and how he gets on.

One of my friends boys has also been invited, but his is at the academy. He's only 5 too. Nobody is telling him that its trials, just 6 weeks training so that he doesn't feel let down if he's rejected. Apparently these clubs go through kids like a dose of salts. Best of luck to you & your lad.
