how does it work? does it plug into a phone line?

reason i ask is now my cellar has been converted im trying to kit it all out..next on the list is the ps3 to play mates online

does it work wireless aswell? if so d oyou think with me being underground it will pick up the signals and if not would i just be able to run a cable up the stairs to plug into the phone line?

mate you need a router it will find it easy no charge for online play but its not very good on ps3 much better on 360... hope this answers your question any more pm me ...

wireless is fine for me. and the distance from my router is about 10 metres.
an ethernet cable would be better if you wanted faster loading internet but its harder to get a long one and having it run all over your house.
