PS3 problems

It won't start. I just get a flashing red light and it refuses to boot up. I've tried taking out and then reconnecting the HD but it still doesn't work.
Anyone on here have an idea what the problem might be and the best/cheapest place to get it fixed.

Depending on the type you may have a loop hole

Cheers Zin, I've had that problem before and that fix has worked in the past. This time it really does look like it's fucked.
