Psoriatic Arthritis survey part 2

Bumping this thread as I'm having a flare up at the moment. The joints in one of my fingers have become quite swollen and painful. I'm waiting for a referral to the consultant, and in the meantime I'm on Naprosyn and paracetamol, but I'm not finding the benefits of either.

Just wondering if anyone else has this in their hands and any tips or suggestions for how to deal with it? I've tried putting ice on it and seems to help a bit, but it's a bit of a hassle having to do that regularly.
