Probably a myers-briggs test. Not a 'hard' test, but useful to weed out odd balls ,nutters, shirkers, etc.

Not sure about that: I've done a few and got the job on each occasion. - Erm, I mean a mate has done a few.

A trap many fall into mate, in this test it means you’re a potential homicidal manic with a high chance you could go ‘off it’ Raoul Moat style at any time.
The positives are you may get to meet Gazza, get a fishing rod, some cans and a cooked chicken, all for free ;-).

Also shows you have a flagrant disregard for health and safety when you should be asking a staff member.
