Pubs in fleetwood/blackpool for tonight

Hi all...on holiday with the family and was just wondering if any blues around Blackpool / fleetwood could recommend a pub for tonight's match...thanks in advance

Use to be a working mens club,think nr the waterloo pub were city lads use to go & get coaches to city games.

The best place to go is the Sandiforth Arms in Thornton Trunnah Rd

Thats where I watched the Cup Final, and its less than 2 quid for a pint of Amstel too.

No college across the rd bud...but site still looks like it's in the 70's...glad ive only paid 50 quid to a pal for the use of his caravan...would be suicidal if I'd have paid 300 plus like some on site

Well, the college might have been up the road a bit, memory fades and all that. There was a Merchant Navy college (I spent three years learning Merchant Navy stuff there), taken over by Preston Poly later (whatever Preston Poly is called nowadays).
