We went to a couple near East Ham Station last year. Best bet is a weatherspoons called Millers Well opposite East Ham town hall. Its a 15 minute walk to the ground from there but its your best bet. We braved the Boleyn last year and and the Queens which i dont really recommend which are on Barking Road leading up to the ground

Just seen the tubes are out for upton park so going by bus. hopefully will find it and get a nice breakie!!
