No it not. The keeper mad a genuine attempt for the ball hence no red. Cancelo was deemed no attempt for the ball as it was a shoulder barge so red card

Problem is because of how Qatar paid tens of millions to get the World Cup it makes you so skeptical that if they can back hand payments to get the World Cup why can’t they pay the referees the players to win a game?!
