Question about Zebra finance for season cards

To all of the above...

I completed my forms with Zebra towards the end of May so I believe mine were already to be processed and at the City ticket office at the beginning of June, I imagine it's just a case of someone loading them into the system!!

If you haven't heard anything by Monday maybe give City a call?

i renewed through zebra a few weeks ago i have had a letter from them after about a week and a confirmation e-mail from city today

look out for both if you don't hear anything pester zebra after all your the customer there making money out of you so make 'em work for it

returned my forms on weds.... got the confirmation e-mail this afternoon.

ive used them for about 5 years, so not sure if its takes longer for first time users

I havent had a confirmation email from city yet.
I decided to login to my account and check purcahse history and my season card is now showing up in there along with the loyalty points.

So to any blues awaiting the email, just go check account and see. Might be all done and dusted :)

I've just done that as well mate, and it is indeed done and dusted. :0)

I've not had any confirmation from the club that it has been processed but everything has been updated on the online account, inc Loyalty Points.

i renewed my seasoncard with zebra on the first day of the renewal period, 2weeks ago tuesday i think it was...

i still havent heard a comfirmation from the club and nothing updated when i log into my account online.

spoke to the club a few times they keep saying should be up in the next few days..

im gettin aprehensive down to the fact theres not long left of the renewal period.... anyone else in the same boat? or is there any advice?

If you have had the forms from Zebra and signed and returned them they should have had it sorted by now. I would give Zebra a call they are a decent bunch.
