Question about Zebra finance for season cards

I renewed mine on the zebra finance website about 3 weeks ago, I recently phoned city and they informed me that zebra had renewed my season ticket on the 7th of June.

Great quick service from Zebra. I applied online and within 7 days I had an email from City confirming my renewal. I didn't even have to call anyone to check as was all done automatically.

hi guys i need some help.

i renewed my seasoncard with zebra on the first day of the renewal period, 2weeks ago tuesday i think it was...

i still havent heard a comfirmation from the club and nothing updated when i log into my account online.

spoke to the club a few times they keep saying should be up in the next few days..

im gettin aprehensive down to the fact theres not long left of the renewal period.... anyone else in the same boat? or is there any advice?

If you have had the forms from Zebra and signed and returned them they should have had it sorted by now. I would give Zebra a call they are a decent bunch.

i did my application online, which papers are theses? theyve not told me about any documents that they are going to be sending me
