Question RE Thomas Cook and ticket

Right,

I'm on the TC day trip to Napoli and I'm wondering when they take the money out for the ticket?

Silly question probably but is it on the day you qualify for one?

Nice one.
Yes they send an e-mail confirmation with a payment receipt as an attachment.

i dit the turin trip with them last year, they didnt take a single penny till I met the qualifying criteria for a ticket (loyalty points wise) , they then took the money for the trip and said that the money for the match ticket would be taken separately but from the same card you paid for the trip with. the money for the trip went out fine so i expected the money for the ticket to go out in the same way. for whatever reason they never bothered taking the money for the match ticket, but when i got on the plane, there was an envelope with my name on it and my ticket inside. So all i can say is thanks thomas cook and city for a late birthday present.

And don't take the confirmation your receive when completing the forms as a guarantee you are on the trip. The follow City's selling criteria so will only confirm your are on the trip once as you meet the criteria.

If the plan fills up before it get's to you and there is insufficient demand for another plane those left over loose out. Some found themselves in this position with the Salzburg game.
