Queue to relocate.

Made sure I called Box Office early at 0845 and was number 7 in queue. Was connected at 0902 only to be immediately cut off. Called back and now queue on phone of over 2.5 hours so automatically disconnected.

Typical City.
 
Devon calling 2 hour delay on phone! do not like knocking admin but why have they not allowed the use of online for relocation, would have thought members could have followed online to see if any seats had not been renewed on a daily basis so you would know at 8.0 this morning was it worth having ago at moving your seat.
