Big queues already - it was a bit of a lottery with my iPhone. If it doesn't work at first, exit wallet app and try again - that got me in eventually.

Plenty not getting through the gates with phones and paper and it’s only 1.30. It’ll be carnage in an hour. Expect lots and lots of empty seats. They had all last season to perfect this with no crowds and it’s an absolute balls up. Sadly, all too many predicted it would be. PL on the pitch, NW counties off it…

Half price though, got a steak pie and two pints for about £6.50.10 attempts to get my card to work and let me in. Apparently you now also have to press the circular button on your iphone while scanning to get it to work.
Zero evidence whatsoever of the alleged new food and drink concessions inside on the concourse, just the usual old slop

Well I'm in. Obviously still early yet but no queues at entrance B. My phone didn't work straight away but held it there for a few seconds, swore at it and it eventually beeped and the turnstile unlocked. Lady directly in front of me couldn't get in and was immediately descended on by a couple of stewards who sorted it. I'm just getting a positive review in now fully aware that in about an hour there'll probably be carnage!

We just had Nacho Fries and Hot dog. Would have gone back if we’d paid full price.

It'll take a few games to iron out and get used to it. Seems to be the barcode or QR code needed to scan to get in. Turnstiles open at 1320, no food ready for punters. Probably waiting til 1400 so they can charge full whack haha. We will be fine once we get the international break out the way and we all know how to use the new tickets.
