Fake Plastic Trees is the best song on the album, and I agree, it's better than Ok Computer, and certainly better than the stuff after that like Kid A and Amnesiac which were for too 'experimental' for my liking.

Great album, but I rate OK computer and In rainbows higher. I really don't like Fake Plastic Trees at all. Look no further than High and Dry for the best song from that album.
Also I wouldn't put it ahead of Oasis' first two albums.

Not a fan. I do like some of The Bends, but everything they've done just sounds like depressing drivel to me and I can't get into them.
Cheer up lads. You'll never have financial worries, you make money out of a business that you've always wanted to be in and you have an adoring fanbase. Is there anything that could possibly lighten your mood a little, boys? Same goes for the Manics.

I suppose I jumped in with both feet regarding the Manics despite knowing about the guy going missing. I guess they have a good reason for being upset. If my best mate went missing for 14 years it'd be because it was his round.
