Very few women pilots due to the length of their limbs often not being long enough. Too short or too long and you can't be a pilot int the RAF.

Surely it is a case of if you are good enough for the job then you get it, regardless of your colour creed or sex?

And if there are too many people who qualify for the jobs available then the best, the cream of the crop gets it, regardless of your colour creed or sex.

Why do we have to make allowances for white men, black men, Asian men, women to get jobs when they all (white men included) are clearly not the best people for the job?

Everyone has ambition and everyone should be judged equally.

we have to make allowances only for the fact that the RAF has no money and no spare aircraft to change pilots - all this culture war is just that -- a stupid lie over nothing to hid the facts - still tax cuts eh??????

I can remember watching a tv programme on the red arrows and for the mechanics to fly in the passenger sit they had to be a certain size.

So guess the same for the pilots !
