CHECK THIS OUT BELOW!!

They've lied about grans, Istanbul and now just how good they are.

They rarely fill their ground unless we are playing, and seldom take a full away allocation, but the liars stood in the quadrant wanted to compare support and question just who came from Manchester. They are on thin ice. Yes we have more 'out of town' support than they have support.

And we're proud of it.

We also have more 'in town' support than they have support, for Manchester is red. Rather than lying, they should check their facts, and the fact that they moved into Manchester in the 1920's. They also want to look at their season ticket addresses - something the Manchester Evening News did - and they'll discover they have more SK than M postcodes. Still let's not let facts get in the way of attracting spotty students, misfits and the socially inept into following 'Manchester's team' (sic).

"Nowhere-near-Manchester rags in talk utter bollocks shock."

Next you'll be telling me the daily mirror is crap aswell....

another grand yawn form the ragathon or maybe another alchy like Best!

It was from a thread commending ragworld on another title. I thought i'd stir it up a bit as I was nearly sick from reading several folk fawning over Ronaldo etc but this bloke took exception to my comments!!!

Haha, I thought we moved from Manchester to Manchester in the 20's? Ten years after the rags moved out of Manchester...

Okay, I'm a foreigner too, but still. Brilliant investigative journalism there from the rags...

I love this "never fill there stadium or away allocations" bollocks

Then again, they never go to the games so they wouldnt know

They went 37 yrs without a Trophy.
LYR Newton Heath, the Y iYorkshire they are partly a Yorkshire team.
They have been a non-Manchester team for 99yrs.
Grimbsy hold the swamp attendence record.
The rags defied the FA by playing in Europe in the 1950's after Chelsea had refused to play because it was detrimental to the English game.
Denis Law did relegate them as the game was abandoned 10 mins from time with the game awarded to us,a full 10 mins before any other score was known.
They started the disaster chants at Cardiff in 1974 with the ABERFAN chants that caused a mass riot.
The River Mersey is on the Trafford Coat of arms.
Post these rag facts on that forum & watch them squirm

You are bound to surpass our 37 years in 3 years time.
We are not partly a Yorkshire team you cock, it stood for Lancashire and yorkshire railway.
We were the first Manchester team, founded 2 years before city.
The season we were relegated to division 2 we had an average attendance of 48,000, whilst City in the first division had average attendance of 32,000.
I don't give a fuck if the River Mersey is on the Trafford Coat of arms and I don't give a fuck that we have been playing our home games in the 'metropoliton borough of Trafford' (for the geeks) since 1910.
