i agree. he gives alot of pennys but he sticks by his rules and thats if its a foul outside the box then its a foul inside the box

few refs could take notice of mike dean because they are all useless twats

to be honest i think its harsh. he doesnt give penalties in favour of the bigger teams. he just makes quick on the spot decisions. at least he has bollox to give penalties against teams like united or make a big decision. some refs shit themselves.
