With every starring performance for City or England, Raheem drives the knife deeper into the hearts of the ex-dipper mafia and media who hounded and ridiculed him at every given opportunity.

He deserves so much credit for the strength of character and ability he is displaying regularly , and the he has the inner satisfaction of knowing that the twats who tried to destroy him are well and truly crushed .

World class, unquestionably. Anyone that argues otherwise is showing their lack of football knowledge.

It's maybe worth some people remembering how Sterling has developed before they're ever too dismissive of Zinchenko, Sané, Jesus or Stones in the future.

Wasted a great chance in the second half, really needed to release that pass to Bernardo quicker.

Dont think he had a poor game , the ball didnt run for him , he showed plenty of his usual enterprise and went at Norwich when he had the space , maybe the opposition should take some credit they had 2 to 3 players on him for most of the game , and that should have created space for others , and we didnt use it. Our creativity today was well below our usual standards.

Poor today!

He’s always predictable to defend against on the left when he constantly cuts inside against packed defences.

And his timing of passes and decision making still isn’t world class despite other areas of his game starting to become that way. Second half when he should have released the ball to Bernardo is an example of that.

He's great at timing those late runs into the six yard box but a bit one dimensional when he's one on one with a defender. As much as people say we don't need Sané, I miss his ability to beat a player with a trick.
